基于交往行为的城市老年公寓空间功能设计探析

老年公寓是建立完善养老体系中不可或缺的一环,受相关政策激发与老龄化社会挑战,养老设施产业风靡全国。然而过快的建设速度与相关经验的缺乏,使得老年公寓建筑空间设计并未考虑到老年人的真正需求。建筑空间功能作为满足使用者使用目的与要求的第一要务,承担着引导并塑造老年群体晚年幸福生活的责任。文章从老年人交往行为特征出发,以老年公寓空间功能设计为载体,强调设计中对老年人心理与精神需求的重视,以期为老年公寓空间设计提供有意义的借鉴。

Apartment for the aged is an essential part of a sound pension system.Stimulated by relevant policies and challenged by an aging society,the pension facility industry has swept the country.However,due to the rapid construction speed and lack of relevant experience,the architectural space design of elderly apartment has not considered the real needs of the elderly.As the first task to meet users'purpose and requirements,architectural space functions assume the responsibility of guiding and shaping the happy life of the elderly group in their later years.This paper starts from the communication behavior characteristics of the elderly,takes the space function design of the apartment for the aged as the carrier,emphasizes the importance of the psychological and spiritual needs of the elderly in the design,and hopes to provide meaningful reference for the space design of the elderly apartment.
