ICP-MS法测定药用辅料“木糖醇”中12种微量元素含量

摘要 目的建立ICP-MS法测定木糖醇中12种微量金属元素的含量。方法木糖醇用2%硝酸溶解后,按照拟定的仪器工作条件,采用ICP-MS法测定木糖醇中“Na、Mg、Al、Ca、Ti、Cr、Fe、Ni、As、Cd、Hg、Pb”的含量。结果12种微量金属线性关系良好;每种元素的线性相关系数均为:r≥0.999;回收率在91.25%~108.96%范围内,RSD%在0.37%~6.13%范围内,说明本法准确度好。结论本方法准确度高,可用于木糖醇中12种微量金属元素含量的测定。 OBJECTIVE To establish the methods for the determination of 12 trace elements in xylitol.METHODS The twelve metallic elements in xylitol were determined by ICP-MS after xylitol were dissolved in 2%nitric acid.RESULTS The calibration curves of the twelve trace metallic elements showed good linearity with the correlation r≥0.999;The recovery of the samples was within the range of 91.25%-108.96%;The relative standard deviation(RSD)was within the range of 0.37%-6.13%.CONCLUSION This method can be used to determine the content of met allic elements in xylitol with high accuracy.
