摘要
现代科学技术的进步,使得工人搜寻工作的范围扩大。然而,并不是所有工人都同等地享受到科技进步带来的便利,工人搜寻范围存在异质性。本文将采用基于主体建模方法(ABM)建立一个劳动力市场模型,并进行仿真实验研究,考察搜寻范围异质性对工人就业和收入的影响。通过仿真实验发现,工人搜寻范围异质性将会带来就业机会和收入的不平等。本文还在模型中引入了针对就业困难工人的搜寻培训,并通过仿真实验研究该培训的效果。
Advances in modern technology have expanded the scope of workers’search for jobs.However,not all workers enjoy the same advances in technological development,and there is heterogeneity in the search scope of workers.This study uses an agent-based modeling method to construct a labor market model and conduct simulation experiments to investigate the impact of heterogeneity in search scope on workers’employment and income.It is found through simulation experiments that the heterogeneity of workers’search scope will bring unequal employment opportunities and income.This paper also introduces search training for workers with employment difficulties in the model and analyzes the effect of this training through simulation experiments.
