摘要 "专项体能"是当前体能训练研究与实践的热点问题,也是体育院校为我国竞技体育发展提供人才支撑和科技后援的重点研究趋向。借助体育院校硬件、软件、多学科复合型人才团队的优势,对专项体能训练的评测、监控、方案制订的实施与修正,以及实践中数据呈现、挖掘的探索,使体能训练领域中数据信息与训练决策之间的关系越来越紧密,有助于体能训练的全过程从"由直觉和经验驱动决策"向"数据驱动决策"的发展方式转变,对加速我国体能训练科学化水平具有重要意义。 “Special physical fitness”is a hot issue in the research and practice of physical training at present,and it is also a key research trend for sports colleges to provide talent as well as scientific and technological support for the development of competitive sports in China.With the advantage of hardware,software,multi-disciplinary and complex talent team in physical education colleges,the evaluation,monitoring,implementation and revision of special physical training programs,as well as the exploration of data presentation and mining in practice,the relationship between data information and training decision in physical training field is getting closer.It is helpful for the whole process of physical training to change from“intuition and experience-driven decisions”to“data-driven decision making”,which is of great significance to accelerate the scientific level of physical training in China.
