直接登记背景下社区体育组织监管体系的建构--以社会责任国家标准为视角

Construction of Supervision System of Community Sports Organization Under the Background of Direct Registration--From the perspective of national standards of social responsibility

基于社会责任国家标准视角,采用文献分析、逻辑演绎等方法,探讨社区体育组织监管体系的建构与实践。研究表明,在直接登记改革背景下,城乡社区体育组织监管正处于一个矛盾交织期。而社会责任国家标准为破解这一矛盾提供了系统的理论指导、方法借鉴。应引入社会责任国家标准,通过制定可行的社区体育组织社会责任标准体系、创建社区体育组织社会责任信息化监管平台、完善社区体育组织社会责任监管机制,强化社区体育组织监管,为其健康可持续发展提供有力的支持与保障。

This article is based on the perspective of the national standards of social responsibility,it adopts the methods of literature analysis,logic deduction and so on,it explores the construction and practice of Community Sports Organization supervision system.Research shows,under the background of direct registration reform,the supervision of urban and rural Community Sports Organizations is in a period of contradiction.The national standard of social responsibility provides a systematic theoretical guidance and reference for solving this contradiction.We should introduce social responsibility national standards,by formulating the standard system of social responsibility for Community Sports Organizations,establishing the information supervision platform for social responsibility of Community Sports Organizations,perfecting the supervision mechanism of social responsibility of Community Sports Organizations,and strengthening the supervision of Community Sports Organizations.It will provide strong support and guarantee for its healthy and sustainable development.
