摘要
目的:探讨采用饮食与运动方式同步对糖尿病前期(IGR)的干预效果。方法:将无运动习惯的63名糖尿病前期确诊者随机分为对照组(31人)与实验组(32人),实验组饮食控制每日摄入总热量,并进行每周5次的中等强度有氧健步走或羽毛球运动和每周2次的重复15~20次/组×4组/项的多部位哑铃抗阻力量练习,对照组不干预,让其自主生活;分别在实验前和12周末晨采集受试者血样测试IFG、IGT、Hb Alc、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C,并测量BMI、WHR、VFA以及和ABI、PWV。结果:与实验前比较,12周末实验组IFG、IGT、Hb Alc、TG、LDL-C和BMI、WHR、VFA均有非常显著性下降(P<0.01),HDL-C则非常显著性上升(P<0.01),ABI出现显著性升高(P<0.05),而对照组除VFA出现显著性增大外(P<0.05),其他指标却未见显著性变化(P>0.05);12周末,与对照组比较,实验组除PWV没有差异(P>0.05),而ABI出现显著性增大外(P<0.05),其他指标均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:早期饮食和运动同步干预能有效逆转糖尿病前期人群血糖、血脂代谢的紊乱,且有效改善体型,减少内脏脂肪。
Objective To investigate the effect of diet and exercise on the intervention of impaired?glucose?regulation(IGR).Methods 63 with impaired?glucose?regulation diagnosed without exercise habits were randomly divided into the control group(31)and the experimental group(32),In the experimental group,the total daily calorie intake was controlled by diet,and moderate intensity aerobic walking or badminton exercise was performed 5 times a week,and multi-position dumbbell resistance strength exercise was performed twice a week for 15-20 times/group×4groups/item.The control group did not intervene.Respectively before the experiment and on the morning of the 12th weekend blood samples were collected for testing IFG,IGT,HbAlc,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,BMI,WHR,VFA,ABI and PWV were tested.Results Compared with before,IFG,IGT,HbAlc,TG and LDL-C,BMI,WHR,VFA of the experiment group decreased greatly significant(P<0.01),and HDL-C increased significantly(P<0.01),ABI increased significantly(P<0.05).In the control group,except for the significant increase of VFA(P<0.05),there was no significant change in other indicators(P>0.05).At the end of 12 weeks,compared with the control group,there was no difference in PWV in the experimental group(P>0.05)and significant increase in ABI(P<0.05),but there were significant differences in other indicators(P<0.01).Conclusion Early synchronous intervention of diet and exercise can effectively reverse the disorder of blood glucose and lipid metabolism in impaired glucose regulation population,and effectively improve body shape and reduce visceral fat.
