协同理论视角下职业院校“双师结构”教学团队建设探究 被引量:4

摘要 建设一支业务精良、结构合理、优势互补的"双师结构"教学团队,是职业院校落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的重要举措。在协同理论视角观照下,"双师结构"教学团队呈现出复杂、开放、自主、协同等特性。基于此,对"双师结构"教学团队内涵要素进行探析,构建"双师结构"教学团队模型,并提出政府统筹、校企协同、行业指导、社会参与等建设途径,最终实现职业院校与社会、行业、企业互利共赢的新局面。 It is an important measure for vocational colleges to implement the "Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform" through building a teaching team with excellent skills, reasonable structure and complementary advantages. From the perspective of Coordination theory, the "dual-qualified teachers" teaching team presents the characteristics of complexity, openness, autonomy and synergy. Based on this, this paper analyzed the connotation elements of the "dual-qualified teachers" teaching team, constructed the "dual-qualified teachers" teaching team model, and proposed the construction approaches such as government coordination, school-enterprise coordination, industry guidance and social participation, so as to finally realize the new situation of mutual benefit between vocational colleges and society, industry and enterprises.
