摘要
人工智能技术的发展带来了新一轮的学习变革,由阶段学习走向终身学习,实体学校走向虚拟学校,线下学习转向混合学习,标准化转向个性化。学生学习的变革也引起了教师专业发展的变革,因此,中职教师必须以专业理念为引领,专业素养与专业能力为基础,在教学目标、教学主体、教学范式与教学诊改方面做出改变,不断探索,促进自身专业成长新发展。
The development of artificial intelligence technology has brought a new round of learning reform, which are from stage learning to lifelong learning, from physical school to virtual school, from offline learning to hybrid learning and from standardization to personalization. The change of students’ learning has also led to the change of teachers’ professional development. Therefore, secondary vocational teachers must take the professional concept as the guide, take the professional quality and the professional ability as the foundation, make the change in the teaching goal, the teaching subject, the teaching paradigm and the teaching diagnosis reform, and explore unceasingly, in order to promote their own professional development.
