新时期深化五年制高职学校课堂改革的思考

摘要 为了进一步突显五年制高职教育的优势,必须打造活力第一课堂与出彩第二课堂。五年制高职学校课堂缺乏活力的原因有:学生学习基础差,没有养成良好的学习习惯;教师专业素养不足,教学方法落后。因此,必须改变传统教学理念,激发学生学习兴趣;推广现代教学方式,提高学生学习质量;提高教师专业素养,增强课堂教学能力。打造五年制高职教育第二课堂,可以为学生提供更多选择空间、帮助学生建立自信心、帮助学生获得软技能。要健全第二课堂保障机制,将第二课堂活动纳入人才培养方案;采用多元评价体系,促进第二课堂的动态调整;利用多种渠道,调动学生参与第二课堂积极性。 In order to lay stress on the advantages of five-year higher vocational education, we must produce a dynamic first classroom and a splendid second classroom. The reasons for the lack of classroom vitality in fiveyear higher vocational schools are that students have poor basis and no good study habits.And teachers are lack of professional quality and teaching methods. We must change the traditional teaching concept, encourage students’ study interest, promote modern teaching methods, improve students’ learning quality,and teachers’ professional quality and enhance teachers’ teaching ability. Building the second classroom of five-year higher vocational education can provide more choices for students, help them build self-confidence and acquire soft skills. We should improve the safeguard mechanism of the second classroom, incorporate the second classroom activities into the talent training program, adopt a multi-evaluation system to promote the dynamic adjustment of the second classroom, and use various channels to mobilize students’ enthusiasm to participate in the second classroom.
