摘要
本研究是针对于印制电路板生产中退锡工序所产生的退锡废水进行无损再生处理。其工艺过程是在失效的废剥锡液中加入适量的高效分离剂使废剥锡液中的铜、锡离子经过滤后与剥锡液进行无损分离,保持剥锡液原有的化学成分,再通过参数调节等一系列的工艺流程之后,使得失效的剥锡液重新获得退锡功能。
This study is aimed at the non-destructive regeneration treatment of the tin removal wastewater from the tin removal process in PCB production.The technological process is to add a proper amount of high-efficiency separating agent into the invalid waste stripping liquid to make the copper and tin ions in the waste stripping liquid filtered and separated from the stripping liquid without damage,to keep the original chemical composition of the stripping liquid,and then through a series of technological processes such as parameter adjustment,the invalid stripping liquid will regain the tin stripping function.
