WANG Cai-wen′s Rules of Diagnosis and Treatment of Anovulatory Infertility

目的:基于数据挖掘技术研究王采文老师治疗排卵障碍性不孕的辨证特点和用药特征,总结王采文治疗排卵障碍性不孕诊疗思路及用药规律。方法:采用中医处方智能分析程序(Chinese medicine prescription intelligent analysis program,CPIAS)对2010年3月至2014年1月在王采文老师门诊就诊的排卵障碍性不孕患者且经中医药治疗后治愈或好转的有效病例资料进行数据分析。结果:王采文医师治疗排卵障碍性不孕高频次的药物有皂角刺、当归、丹参、石菖蒲、淫羊藿、续断、党参、川芎、莪术、桃仁、巴戟天、白术、菟丝子、赤芍、肉苁蓉、覆盆子、黄芪、葫芦巴、香附、山药等。处方药性以温、平为主;药味以辛、甘为主;药物归经权重为肝、脾、心、肾为主。结论:王采文老师认为排卵障碍性不孕以虚为主,用药以温补为主,且善用养血活血药,药性平和,药味精简,脾胃损伤较小。

Objective:To study the syndrome differentiation and drug use characteristics of Wang Cai-wen in the treatment of anovulatory infertility based on the data mining technology,and summarize his diagnosis and treatment ideas and drug use rules.Methods:Chinese medicine prescription intelligent analysis program(CPIAS)was used to analyze the data of effective cases of anovulatory infertility treated in Wang Cai-wen clinic from March 2010 to January 2014 and cured or improved after Chinese medicine treatment.Results:Wang Cai-wen′s high frequency drugs in the treatment of anovulatory infertility included Zaojueci(Spina Gleditsiae),Danggui(Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Danshen(Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae),Shichangpu(Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii),Yinyanghuo(Herba Epimedii),Xuduan(Radix Dipsaci),Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis),Chuanxiong(Rhizoma Chuanxiong),Ezhu(Rhizoma Curcumae),Taoren(Semen Persicae),Bajitian(Radix Morindae Officinalis),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),Tusizi(Semen Cuscutae),Chishao(Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Roucongrong(Herba Cistanches),Fupenzi(Fructus Rubi),Huangqi(Radix Astragali),Huluba(Semen Trigonellae),Xiangfu(Rhizoma Cyperi)and Shanyao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae).The drug nature was mainly warm and mild;the main flavor was pungent and sweet,and the weight of meridian tropism was the liver,spleen,heart and kidney.Conclusion:According to Doctor Wang Cai-wen,anovulatory infertility is mainly due to deficiency,and the treatment should focus on warming and nourishing.He is good at using medicinals for nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation,which is mild in nature.He often uses those whose taste is simple and the damage to spleen and stomach is small.
