“马赛克战”浅析

Analysis of mosaic warfare

美国自认为受到来自大国竞争对手快速发展的巨大压力,迫使其将注意力集中在对美国及其盟国安全利益的最大挑战上。面对旨在破坏美国作战体系关键要素节点以达到战略效果的反介入/区域拒止战略,为解决未来战略环境需求和部队力量短板,重塑美军竞争力,DAPRA提出了马赛克战方案。对“马赛克战”背景和基本内容进行解析,总结了“马赛克战概念”引发的启示,提出了几点发展意见。

The United States think under the pressure of rapid development of peer adversaries,it is forced to change its preferred traditional method of warfare and it has to focus on the biggest challenges to the security interests of the United States and its allies.Faced with anti-access and area-denial(A2/AD)strategy which aimed at destroying key elements of the US combat system to achieve strategic effects,in order to solve future strategic environmental requirements and troop strength,and reshape the competitiveness of the US military,DAPRA proposed a mosaic warfare program.The background and basic content of mosaic warfare is aralyzed,the enlightenment caused by the concept of mosaic warfare is summarized,and several development ideas are proposed.
