在我国社会经济不断发展,倡导绿色环保理念背景下,对环境的重视程度越来越高,进一步加大了对排污的监管力度。而环境影响评价以及排污许可制度作为环境管理的重要保障制度,两者的有机衔接对环境污染源的治理有着重要的意义。因此,本文将针对环境影响评价以及排污许可制度的衔接进行相应的研究分析,针对现阶段两者的衔接问题提出合理化建议,从而进一步加强我国环境污染管理工作制度的执行。

With the continuous development of China’s social economy and the advocacy of the concept of green environmental protection,more and more attention has been paid to the environment,further strengthening the supervision of pollution discharge.As an important guarantee system of environmental management,the organic connection of environmental impact assessment and emission permit system is of great significance to the treatment of environmental pollution sources.Therefore,this paper will study and analyze the connection of environmental impact assessment and emission permit system, and put forward reasonable suggestions for the connection of the two at this stage, so as to further strengthen the environmental pollution management system in China.
