环境影响评价工作有序实施,是社会资源开发探索的基础。为此,结合煤科集团杭州环保研究院有限公司资料,本文通过技术和体制优化、结构完善等方面,分析环保新形势下环境影响评价工作存在的挑战及建议,促进当代城市建设。

The orderly implementation of environmental impact assessment is the basis of the exploration of social resources development.Therefore,based on the data of Hangzhou Environmental Protection Research Institute Co.,Ltd.of coal technology group,this paper analyzes the challenges and suggestions of environmental impact assessment under the new situation of environmental protection by optimizing technology and system and improving structure,so as to promote the contemporary urban construction.
