采用单四级杆气质联用法测定水体中9种多氯联苯

摘要 采用液液萃取-浓硫酸净化-弗罗里硅土固相萃取小柱净化-气质联用法同时测定水体中9种多氯联苯,以内标法定量考察了萃取溶剂种类和离子源温度对测定结果的影响,替代物可监控方法准确度。9种多氯联苯单体的方法检出限0.17~1.05ng/L,样品加标回收率为70.2%~112.8%,RSD为0.60%~3.00%。 Nine kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls in water were simultaneously determined by liquid-liquid extraction,concentrated sulfuric acid purification,flordisilicate solid-phase extraction, small column purification and GC-MS.The influence of extraction solvent types and ion source temperature on the determination results was quantitatively investigated by internal standard method,and the accuracy of the method could be monitored by substitutes.The detection limit of 9 kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls was 0.17-1.05 ng/l,the recovery of standard addition was 70.2%-112.8%, RSD was 0.60%-3.00%.
