摘要
本文建立了采用固相萃取对地表水进行富集前处理,气相色谱法定量检测三溴甲烷的方法,考察了固相萃取柱和洗脱剂对富集效果的影响。实验结果表明,三溴甲烷在质量浓度5.0~60.0μg/L范围内线性良好,其相对标准偏差均小于2%(n=6),加标准回收率高于90%。本方法具有操作步骤简单、萃取效率高、有机试剂用量少、检出限低,精密度和准确度好等优点,适用于地表水中三溴甲烷的测定。
In this paper, a method of preconcentration of surface water by solid-phase extraction and quantitative detection of tribromomethane by gas chromatography was established.The experimental results show that the linearity of tribromomethane is good in the range of 5.0-60.0 μ g/L, and the relative standard deviation is less than 2%(n = 6), and the recovery is higher than 90%.This method has the advantages of simple operation steps,high extraction efficiency,less amount of organic reagent,low detection limit, good precision and accuracy, and is suitable for the determination of tribromomethane in surface water.
