本文依据实际工作经验及相关文献资料的记载,首先介绍洪泽湖概况,而后分析现阶段洪泽湖管理领域中存在的问题,最终提出一些有效性比较强的提升管理能力的方法,希望可以促使洪泽湖管理效率及水平得到大幅度提升,让洪泽湖在实际运行的过程中创造更多生态效益及经济效益,从而可以在我国构建生态和谐型社会的过程中,做出一定贡献。

Based on the actual work experience and the records of related literature, thispaper introduces the overview of Hongze Lake first, then analyzes the problems in the management field of Hongze Lake at the current stage, and finally proposes some effective methods to improve management ability.Hope It can promote the management efficiency and level of Hongze Lake to be greatly improved,so that Hongze Lake can create more ecological and economic benefits in the actual operation process,so that it can be made in the process of building an ecological harmonious society definitely contribute in China.
