摘要
新建商合杭高铁芜湖长江公铁大桥主桥为主跨588 m的不对称矮塔钢桁梁斜拉桥。受桥位处机场航空限高限制,斜拉桥主塔建筑高度受限,与常规斜拉桥相比,芜湖长江公铁大桥具有大跨、塔矮、索平的结构特点,斜拉索运营状态下最大单根索力达16000 k N。为减小索体直径、锚具尺寸,减轻单索质量,设计采用标准抗拉强度2000 MPa的预制平行钢丝斜拉索。为确保新型斜拉索技术性能,大桥设计过程中针对超大吨位斜拉索设计选型、2000 MPa级平行钢丝技术条件、超大吨位斜拉索锚具、并排拉索振动控制等关键技术问题开展研究,在芜湖长江公铁大桥中成功实现547丝2000 MPa级平行钢丝斜拉索的首次应用。
The main bridge of the new Wuhu Yangtze River Rail-cum-road Bridge on Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou HSR is an asymmetrical low-tower steel truss cable-stayed bridge with the main span of 588 m.The main tower of the cable-stayed bridge is designed under a building height restriction due to the aviation height limit at the bridge location.Compared with regular cable-stayed bridges,the Wuhu Yangtze River Rail-cum-road Bridge features such structural characteristics of large span,low tower and cables of smaller height differences.Single cable force reaches 16000 k N to the maximum under operation conditions.The prefabricated parallel wire stay cable with a standard tensile strength of 2000 MPa is adopted in its design,to minimize cable diameter,anchorage size and the mass of a single cable.The key technical problems were studied in the process of bridge design,such as design and model selection of super-tonnage stay cable,technical conditions for 2000 MPalevel parallel wire,anchorage of super-tonnage stay cable and vibration control of side-by-side cables,to ensure technical performance of the new type stay cable.The 547-wire 2000 MPa-level parallel wire stay cables system has been applied to the Wuhu Yangtze River Rail-cum-road Bridge.
