商合杭高铁矮塔斜拉桥主梁有索区施工工序优化 被引量:5

摘要 以商合杭高铁矮塔斜拉桥工程为背景,为加快桥梁施工进度,在保证结构安全及受力合理的前提下,对斜拉桥主梁有索区的斜拉索张拉和挂篮走行的施工顺序进行调整,将主梁挂篮模板施工与斜拉索挂索张拉同步进行。采用Midas/Civil通用软件,计算分析了2种工序的应力和变形,并进行施工工期分析比较。结果表明,优化后既保证了施工安全,又节省了主梁施工工期。 The paper takes the extradosed cable-stayed bridge project on Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou High Speed Railway as the study object and strives to make adjustment to the construction procedures for the tensioning of the stay cable and the moving of the suspended scaffolding,so as to speed up bridge construction,ensure structural safety and achieve more reasonable force loading.As the operation of the scaffolding for the main girder and the tensioning of the stay cable are carried out simultaneously,the paper introduces the general software of Midas/Civil for the calculation of the stress and deformation occurred in the two procedures.The results show that the optimization not only ensures construction safety but also cuts the construction period of the girder.
