摘要
以商合杭高铁商丘特大桥框架墩为依托,介绍高速铁路大跨度连续刚构拱桥的结构设计,对大跨度框架墩横梁结构形式的选择、钢横梁设计要点进行研究。研究结果表明,大跨度框架墩宜采用钢结构,横梁的稳定性、结构强度及动力性能满足高速铁路无砟轨道的各项指标要求。钢结构具有自质量轻、施工速度快、干扰小的特点,适用于跨既有线作业,在高速铁路跨越既有线设计方案中广泛应用,研究成果可为类似工程提供参考借鉴。
This paper introduces structural design of continuous rigid-frame long-span arch bridge of high speed railways on the basis of the frame pier of Shangqiu Super Long Bridge of Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou High Speed Railway,and studies the type selection of beam structure of long span frame piers and key points in steel beam design.Results show that the steel structure type should be adopted for long span frame piers,since the stability,structural strength and dynamic performance of steel beam meet all indicator requirements of ballastless track of high speed railways.Steel structure features light weight,rapid construction speed and minor interference,and is suitable for construction crossing existing railway lines.It has been widely applied in the design scheme of the high speed railways crossing existing railway lines,and the study results can be provided as a reference for similar works.
