雷尼替丁联合双黄连口服液对口腔溃疡疼痛程度及溃疡愈合时间的影响分析

Effect analysis of ranitidine combined with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid on the pain degree and healing time of oral ulcer

目的探讨雷尼替丁联合双黄连口服液对口腔溃疡疼痛程度及溃疡愈合时间的影响。方法94例口腔溃疡患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组47例。对照组应用雷尼替丁治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用双黄连口服液治疗。对比两组临床疗效、溃疡愈合时间、药物不良反应发生情况及治疗前后证候积分、溃疡疼痛程度。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的80.85%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者溃疡愈合时间为(3.2±0.5)d,短于对照组的(5.4±1.2)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者腹胀、食少纳呆、溃疡充血、溃疡直径、溃疡数目积分分别为(0.75±0.52)、(1.02±0.52)、(0.70±0.52)、(0.65±0.25)、(0.85±0.52)分,均低于对照组的(1.25±0.52)、(1.42±0.58)、(1.03±0.48)、(0.98±0.20)、(1.28±0.52)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(1.20±0.30)分低于对照组的(3.90±0.40)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论雷尼替丁联合双黄连口服液治疗口腔溃疡疗效确切,能够有效改善患者溃疡疼痛程度,加快溃疡愈合时间,安全性佳,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the effect of ranitidine combined with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid on the pain degree and healing time of oral ulcer.Methods A total of 94 oral ulcer patients were divided into control group and research group by random numerical table,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated by ranitidine,and the research group was treated by Shuanghuanglian oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,healing time of ulcer,occurrence of adverse drug reactions,syndrome score and ulcer pain degree before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the research group was 95.74%,which was higher than that of the control group 80.85%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of ulcer of the research group was(3.2±0.5)d,which was shorter than that of the control group(5.4±1.2)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal distention,food less anorexia,ulcer congestion,ulcer diameter,ulcer number integral of the research group were(0.75±0.52)、(1.02±0.52),(0.70±0.52),(0.65±0.25)and(0.85±0.52)points,which were all lower than those of the control group(1.25±0.52),(1.42±0.58),(1.03±0.48),(0.98±0.20)and(1.28±0.52)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the research group was(1.20±0.30)points,which was lower than that of the control group(3.90±0.40)point,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse drug reactions seen during treatment in both groups.Conclusion Ranitidine combined with Shuanghuanglian oral liquid shows affirmative efficacy for the treatment of oral ulcer,which can effectively improve the pain degree and accelerate the healing time of ulcers.It has good safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
