Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of different blue light irradiation methods on neonatal jaundice. Methods A total of 80 cases of neonatal jaundice were divided into control group and observation group by visiting order, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated by intermittent blue light irradiation, and the control group was treated by continuous blue light irradiation. The occurrence of adverse reactions and serum total bilirubin and fecal bilirubin levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions 5.00%of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, fecal bilirubin(158.23±9.54)mg/100 g of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(154.05±8.41)mg/100 g,and serum total bilirubin(83.21±7.87)μmol/L was lower than that of the control group(89.53±7.42)μmol/L,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of intermittent blue light irradiation in neonatal jaundice can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve the adverse symptoms of children, ensure the safety of treatment, reduce serum bilirubin of children, and improve the total effective rate of treatment. It contains clinical value.
