基于互联网的电力机柜远程监控系统

摘要 本文基于互联网技术,利用单片机(ESP32)、电能表(费控智能)、传感器(温湿度、烟雾浓度)、通信模块(WiFi、NB-IoT、433M)等研发了一款电力机柜远程监控系统,可实现对电力机柜的工作状态(电压、电流、功率、电能、功率因素等)以及内部环境温湿度、烟雾浓度等进行远程监控管理。用户通过PC和移动终端不仅可以实时查看电力机柜的工作状态,还能远程设置空调设备的工作阈值以及机柜状况的报警阈值,具有广阔的市场应用前景。 A remote monitoring system of power cabinets is developed in this paper based on Internet technology,by using single chip microcomputer(ESP32),watt-hour meter(Fee charged with intelligent),sensors(temperature and humidity,smoke concentration)and communication module(WiFi,NB-IoT and 433M),which can realize remote monitoring management of power cabinet of the work condition of the electrical cabinet(voltage,current,power,power,power factor,et al)and the internal environment temperature,humidity and smoke concentration.Through the PCs and mobile terminals,the users can not only check the working status of the power cabinet in real-time,but also remotely set the working threshold of the air-conditioning equipment and the alarm threshold of cabinet status,which has a broad market application prospect.
