便携式绝缘耐压测试仪校准装置设计

摘要 在现场检测中,绝缘耐压测试仪的校准需携带多套标准器,为检测人员带来诸多不便,针对该现状,本文提出了便携式绝缘耐压测试仪校准装置的设计方案,该方案将高压、击穿电流、绝缘电阻等项目的校准功能集于一体,在国内安规计量校准行业属于首创。利用耐压测试仪校验仪作为开发校准装置的主标准器,结合嵌入式开发技术,对内置数字式绝缘电阻及其切换单元装置进行了设计,实现了内置负载的模块化,从而使得所设计的装置具有便携性和移动性,提高了现场检测的效率,为企业和检测人员解决根本问题。 In field detection,the calibration of the insulation and withstandvoltage tester needs to carry multiple sets of standards,which brings many inconveniences to the testers.In view of this situation,this paper proposes the design scheme of the calibration device of the portable insulation and withstandvoltage tester,which integrates the calibration functions of high voltage,breakdown current,insulation resistance and other projects,and is the first in the domestic safety measurement and calibration industry.Using the voltage tester calibrator as the main standard for the development of the calibration device,combined with the embedded development technology,the built-in digital insulation resistance and its switching unit device are designed and the modularization of the builtin load are realized,so that the designed device has the portability and mobility,which improves the efficiency of the on-site detection and solves the fundamental problems for enterprises and testers.
