西北大学是国内创意写作专业的先发单位之一。赓续"作家摇篮"的传统,西北大学以融课程群体系、多元教学体系、总体研究体系、协同实践体系、知识服务体系,创建了创意写作全面培养、综合养成的"西大模式",累积了"西大经验",助推该专业师生实现了教学、科研、创作、社会服务的总体目标,暗合了"新文科"建设的国家战略。当然,在优化师资力量、申报学科点、突破重大项目、创作标志性产品、加快产业深度融合等方面,西北大学创意写作专业还有一定的提升空间。

Northwest University is one of the pioneering Creative Writing majors in China.Continuing its tradition of the"cradle of writers",Northwest University has created a"Northwest University Model"that integrates the curriculum cluster system,diversified teaching system,overall research system,collaborative practice system,and knowledge service system,and has accumulated"Northwest University Experience"to help Creative Writing Majors and students achieve the overall goals of teaching,research,creation,and social service,and to conspire with the national strategy of building a"new liberal arts".In optimizing faculty strength,declaring discipline points,breaking through major projects,creating iconic products,and accelerating the deep integration of industry,creative writing profession of Northwest University still has some room for improvement.
