摘要 准确计算液压支架工作变形和应力分布是保证其经济性与工作性能的前提.基于有限元方法,采用SHELL单元和SOLID单元分别对钢板结构和其他复杂形状零件进行网格划分,同时,设置不同类型单元连接为绑定接触、不同结构件的铰接连接为摩擦接触,由此构建了由混合类型单元组成的液压支架整机有限元分析模型,其节点和单元数量少、单元质量好、计算精度高、迭代求解速度快.分析计算中,分别选择顶梁偏载和底座两端集中载荷、顶梁偏载和底座扭转两种组合工况,分析了液压支架承载后的工作变形和应力分布规律,结果表明偏载和扭转作用是支架失效的主要原因,其对液压支架的设计具有重要的借鉴价值. Calculating the deformation and stress distribution accurately is the prerequisite to ensure working performance of the loaded hydraulic support.Steel plate and other complex-shaped parts was meshed by using SHELL and SOLID element respectively.The bonded contact pair was set up among the different elements,and the hinge joint of the different structure parts was emulated by friction contact.From this,the finite element analysis model of the hydraulic support was built,which is composed of the different elements and has less nodes,high quality elements,high calculation precision and fast iteration speed.The deformation and stress distribution of the hydraulic support was analyzed under the eccentric loads of the top beam and the concentrated loads,torsional loads of base ends respectively.The results show that the failure of the hydraulic support mainly attributed to the concentrated and torsional loads of base ends,which had important reference value to the optimal design of the hydraulic support.
