摘要
变桨轴承套圈堵塞孔即滚珠装配工艺孔,位于轴承套圈的软带区域,该区域硬度较低,抗碾压能力较弱是轴承套圈的薄弱环节,因此堵塞孔的位置选择是否合适决定了变桨轴承的强度与寿命.针对MW级风电机组变桨轴承套圈堵塞孔位置的确定问题,对其轴承的结构、几何和受载特性进行了分析,建立了轴承内圈载荷分布的静力学模型,基于载荷分布计算结果提出了堵塞孔位置的快速确定方法;并且采用有限元方法分析了变桨系统中轴承的接触载荷分布,验证了堵塞孔位置快速确定方法的准确性.
The plugging holes,that is,the ball assembly process holes,is at the soft belt of the bearing ring,because of the low hardness and the poor ability of anti-pressure of this region,it is the weak link of the bearing ring,its position determines the strength and the life span of the pitch bearings.To determine the positions of the plugging holes on the pitch bearings of the MW wind turbine,the structure,geometry and the load characteristic of the pitch bearing are analyzed.It establishes a load distribution calculation model for the inner ring of the bearing and proposes a quick positioning method for the plugging holes.In addition,the contact load distribution on the bearing in the variable pitch system is analyzed by FEM,which verifies the quick positioning method.
