摘要 机载光电平台是无人机一种重要的有效载荷,它集成了机械、通信、光电和自动化技术,能够完成对目标的侦查、跟踪和定位等任务.针对机载光电平台的功能需求和恶劣的工作环境,设计了一种轻量化、结构紧凑、视线范围大和可操控性好的新型机载光电平台.通过CATIA软件建立了平台的三维模型,介绍了结构特点和重要部件.对球形机构进行原理分析,建立了几何结构模型和运动学模型,证明了球形机构是一种3自由度全解耦的并联机构,并且具有无奇异点、工作空间大和完全各向同性等优点,利用ANSYS Workbench对球形框架进有限元分析,结果表明其静力特性符合设计要求. The airborne photoelectric platform is an important payload of uav.It integrates mechanical,communication,photoelectric and automatic technology,and can accomplish the task of detection,tracking and positioning of the target.Aiming at the functional requirements and bad working environment,a new type of airborne photoelectric platform with light weight,compact structure,wide range of vision and good controllability is designed.Through CATIA software,the 3D model of the platform is established,and the structural features and important parts are introduced.Principle analysis is carried out on the spherical mechanism,and the geometry model and kinematics model is established.It is proved that the spherical mechanism is a kind of parallel mechanism with three degrees of freedom,and the device without any singular point has large working space and full isotropy.Using ANSYS Workbench to analyze the spherical frame into finite element,the results show that its static characteristics meet the design requirements.
