肥胖减重患者血清omentin-1、chemerin水平的变化及临床意义

摘要 目的探究肥胖减重患者血清omentin-1、chemerin水平的变化及临床意义。方法选取江苏省苏北人民医院2017年12月至2019年4月期间收治的40例肥胖患者,均给予综合减重干预措施,对比患者减重前、减重3、6个月的BMI、体质量、体脂率及血清omentin-1、chemerin水平的变化;探讨血清omentin-1及chemerin水平分别与BMI值、体质量及体脂率的相关性。结果与减重前比,患者减重3、6个月的BMI、体质量、体脂率均逐渐降低;随着减重时间的延长,患者减重前及减重后3、6个月血清omentin-1水平逐渐升高,血清chemerin水平逐渐降低(P<0.05)。经Pearson相关性分析显示,患者BMI、体质量及体脂率分别与血清omentin-1水平呈负相关(r=-1.243、-1.346、-0.983,P<0.05)、与血清chemerin水平呈正相关(r=0.473、0.394、0.558,P<0.05)。结论血清omentin-1、chemerin水平均与肥胖密切相关,且BMI值、体质量及体脂率均分别与血清omentin-1水平呈负相关、与血清chemerin水平呈正相关。
