摘要
TALint项目利用美国《电子资源图书馆员核心能力》标准作为学生培训的框架,将课堂理论与实际工作经验相结合,培养了技术合格并可熟练实践的研究生,改善了教学与实际工作需求脱节或不完全匹配的情况。本文详细介绍了美国《电子资源图书馆员核心能力》的内容,然后重点分析了TALint项目利用其作为学生培训框架的具体做法及特色。借鉴其经验,我国可将学校的课程设置与从业需求紧密结合,重视将技能培养与职业认同感自然融合,推动图情教育及图书馆工作关注国际核心能力标准,以期完善我国电子资源管理领域的人才培养和图书馆人才队伍的开放发展。
TALint trained qualified and skilled students based on the framework of Core Competencies for Electronic Resources Librarians. It combines theory with practice and the gap and mismatch between teaching and needs. Core Competencies for Electronic Resources Librarians is introduced in detail, and the specific methods and characteristics of TALint using it as a training framework are discussed, so as to provide reference for professionals training in the field of electronic resource management and open development of the librarians. It is suggested that curriculum setting should be linked closely with the practical needs, skill training should be integrated with professional identity, and attach more importance to international core competencies in library science education and work.
