国际图联第16届馆际互借与文献提供会议(ILDS)综述

Review of the 16th IFLA International Interlending and Document Supply Conference

由国际图书馆协会联合会馆际互借与文献提供分委会主办、捷克国立科学技术图书馆承办的"国际图联第16届馆际互借与文献提供会议"于2019年10月9日至11日在捷克布拉格召开。来自30个国家和地区的128位代表围绕会议主题"跨越付费屏障:处于复杂信息环境下的资源共享",以消除障碍、合作共享为切入点,深入探讨了在现今复杂的信息环境下,馆际互借和文献传递服务如何加强网络合作,跨越数字鸿沟,以用户为中心,运用新技术手段,推进全球资源共享及馆际互借与文献传递的业务合作。

October 9th-11th, 2019, the 16 th IFLA International Interlending and Document Supply Conference(ILDS) was organized by IFLA Document Delivery and Resource Sharing Section(DDRS) and held in Prague. 128 representatives from 30 countries and regions focused on the topic "Beyond the Paywall: Resource Sharing in a Disruptive Ecosystem", discussed and shared the following topics: beyond the paywall, open access, reducing barriers, digital divide, collaborative networks, power shift, copyright, users, technology and case studies of interlibrary loan and document delivery.
