美国访学见闻和对我国光/激光医学人才培养的思考

Reflections on cultivation of Photo/Laser Medical talents in China based on an Academic visit to U.S.

目的通过赴美国访学考察和文献调研,对国内外光/激光医学人才培养的现状和经验进行分析,以期为我国光/激光医学人才培养提供初步参考。方法笔者2016年赴哈佛医学院和麻省总医院Wellman光医学中心访学,在进行科研与临床学习的同时,对美国光医学人才培养、临床执业准入和继续教育制度等进行了考察。结合对近30年国内外相关文献的调研以及专家访谈,对我国光/激光医学人才培养的现状进行了分析。在此基础上,对我国光/激光医学人才培养提出建议。结果美国的光医学人才培养、临床执业准入与继续教育方面均有严格的政策法规和认证制度,管理体系较完善。这为有效帮助从业人员保持临床知识和技能的更新提供了保障。我国虽然有些临床治疗技术已走在了世界的前列,但由于没有光/激光医学临床执业准入制度、人员构成多元化、水平层次不一、缺乏规范培训等原因,出现了一些不利于学科健康发展的问题。作者建议在加强基础教育的同时,逐步完善和提升光/激光医学继续教育与管理体系和专业化水平,并加速光/激光医学复合型人才培养。结论光/激光医学作为一个新兴临床医学学科,其人才的培养方式需要高瞻远瞩的顶层设计、规范严格的制度体系和系统完善的培养机制,更需要从事光/激光医学医、教、研的每一名专业人员的不断思考、实践、总结、建言献策,借鉴其他专业和国外同行的成功经验,大胆实践,逐步探索出适用于我国国情的光/激光医学人才培养模式。

Objective Photo/Laser Medicine is a new interdiscipline combining optics and medicine.However,the cultivation of photo/laser Medical talents in China is still in an exploratory stage.The author analyzed the present situation of the cultivation of photo/laser medical talents in China based on an academic visit to the America and literature research in order to provide some references for the cultivation of photo/laser medical talents in China.Methods The author visited the Wellman Center in the Massachusetts General Hospital in 2016.While conducting scientific research and clinical study,she investigated the training of photomedical talents,clinical practice access and continuing education system in the United States.At the same time,the current situation of the cultivation of photo/laser medical talents in China was analyzed by reviewing related literatures published in recent 30 years and interviewed some experts.Finally,the author proposed some suggestions on the cultivation of photo/laser medical talents in China.Results In the United States,there are strict policies,regulations and certification systems in photomedicine personnel training,clinical practice access and continuing education.This provides a guarantee for the practitioners to keep their clinical knowledge and skills up to date.Although Chinese clinical treatment technology has been in the forefront of the world in certain areas,due to the lack of access policies for the clinical practice and standardized training system,there are still some problems hindering the healthy development of photo/laser medicine.The authors suggest that policies and regulations for photo/laser medicine should be accelerated.Conclusions photo/laser medicine is a new clinical medical discipline.Its talent cultivation depends on forward-looking top-level design,standardized and strict training system.Professionals should give advices while practicing and learning the good experience of other discipline and then gradually set up the photo/laser medical talent cultivation mode that fits our country’s situation.
