林业类高校绿色扶贫对策研究——以云南林职院云南西盟扶贫为例

Study on the Countermeasures of Poverty Alleviation in Forestry Universities——A Case Study of Poverty Alleviation in Yunnan Ximeng Va Autonomous County

十八大以来,随着一批又一批扶贫干部的辛勤投入,一年又一年“挂包帮、转走访”工作的接力攻坚,云南扶贫攻坚工作已经取得了决定性的阶段胜利。一些做法好、成效明、老乡富的扶贫案例和致富路子,逐渐成为全国打赢脱贫攻坚战的典型和示范。作为生态文明理念传播、实践、贡献的林业类高校,自然在深入贯彻生态文明发展理念、肩负乡村振兴、主动融入脱贫攻坚战中负有不可替代的责任和使命。但就实践经验来看,林业类高校在绿色扶贫的具体工作中,也存在诸多影响扶贫成效的问题和困难。文章结合云南林业职业技术学院扶贫的具体做法,就林业类高校如何开展绿色扶贫进行分析,希望能为扶贫工作提供一些借鉴和参考。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,with the hard input of a number of cadres in poverty alleviation,year after year,the work of"enlisting the party as a sponsor and transferring the party to the state for visiting"has made a decisive victory in poverty alleviation in Yunnan.Some good practices,effective,rich fellow cases of poverty alleviation and ways to get rich,gradually become the national fight against poverty and the model.As a forestry university,it has the irreplaceable responsibility and mission to carry out the concept of ecological civilization development,shoulder the responsibility of rural revitalization,and take the initiative to fight poverty.However,from the practical experience,forestry colleges and universities also have many problems and difficulties which affect the effectiveness of poverty alleviation.Based on the specific measures of poverty alleviation in Yunnan forestry vocational and technical college,this paper analyzes how to carry out green poverty alleviation in forestry colleges and universities,hoping to provide some references for poverty alleviation.
