全科住院医师规范化培训基地建设的探索与实践

全科住院医师规范化培训是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分,是培养高素质人才的主要途径。综合性医院作为全科住院医师规范化培训基地,对培养高质量全科医师具有举足轻重的作用,对经济和医疗相对落后的西北地区尤为重要。兰州大学第二医院积极探索和借鉴,因地制宜地开展全科住院医师规范化培训基地建设,推进全科住院医师规范化培训,以提升全科医师核心创造能力为抓手,建立健全全科医学教学体系,创新完善培训机制,力求探索实践全科住院医师规范化培训新模式,逐步提高甘肃省基层医疗卫生机构的卫生保健水平,促进全科医师能力和素质的双提升。

Standardized residency training of general practitioners is an important part of postgraduate medical education,and it is the main way to cultivate qualified medical talents.As important bases for standardized residency training of general practitioners,general hospitals play an important role in training highly qualified general practitioners.They are especially important in the northwest region of the country where economic and medical development are relatively backward.Lanzhou University Second Hospital actively developed and promoted standardized residency training base for general medicine with limited local resources,improved the core innovative abilities of general practitioners,established and improved the teaching systems of general medicine,innovated and improved the training systems,and strived to explore and practice new model of standardized residency training in general medicine.We hope that what we could gradually improve the level of primary health care provided in Gansu province,promote the training qualities of general practitioners,and help residents develop their abilities in clinical practice in Gansu province.
