摘要
结合中医类住院医师规范化培训现有模式、国内外常见的住院医师规范化培训考核方法及叙事医学能力内涵,本研究提出中医类住院医师规范化培训叙事医学能力过程考核与结业考核方法,设计了用于出科考核与结业技能考核的中医叙事医学能力迷你临床演练评估表及用于年度考核的中医叙事医学能力里程碑评估表。
Combining with the existing model of standardized training for Chinese medicine residents,the common methods of residency training and assessment domestically and abroad,and the connotation of narrative medicine ability.Our study put forward the method of process and completion assessment for narrative medicine ability in standardized residency training of TCM.In the study,we have designed the Mini-CEX evaluation forms of TCM narrative medicine ability,which were used for departmental rotation examinations and graduation examinations.In addition,we proposed milestones assessment forms of TCM narrative medical ability for annual assessment.
