Microwave Assisted Extraction of Total Triterpenes in Dischidia chinensis by Orthogonal Experi⁃mental Design

摘要 利用微波辅助提取眼树莲总三萜,在单因素试验的基础上,以乙醇浓度、液料比、微波功率及提取时间为因素,以总三萜得率为指标,利用正交试验法确定最佳提取工艺。结果表明:最佳提取条件为乙醇浓度100%、液料比16∶1(mL/g)、微波功率450W、提取时间130s。在该条件下,眼树莲中总三萜的得率达到20.23mg/g,表明微波辅助提取是提取眼树莲中总三萜的适宜方法。 Microwave assisted extraction was applied to extract of total triterpenes in Dischidia chinensis.Based on the results of the single factor experiments,the effects of three independent variables(ethanol concentration,solidliquid ratio,extraction power and extraction time)on the triterpenes yield were investigated by a orthogonal experi⁃mental design.The optimal extraction parameters to obtain the highest triterpenes yield were as follows:ethanol con⁃centration100%,liquid-solid ratio 16:1(mL/g),extraction power 450 W and extraction time130s.The average ex⁃perimental triterpenes yield under the optimum conditions was found to be 20.23mg/g Microwave assisted extraction was a suitable method for extract of total triterpenes from Dischidia chinensis.
