摘要
从患者需求角度出发,分析目前上海市公立医院出院结算流程存在的问题,以解决电子票据提供、异地医保结算便捷化、协调结算流程各环节为抓手,融合线上及线下结算方式,进行出院结算流程再造,以此改善患者就诊体验,打造"以患者为中心"的有温度的现代化医院。
From the perspective of patient demands,analyze the current problems of the discharge process of Shanghai public hospitals,in order to solve the electronic bill provision,the convenience of remote medical insurance discharge,and coordinate the discharge process.And integrate online and offline discharge methods,improve discharge process reengineering to promote the patient’s medical experience,and built a warm modern hospital with"patient-oriented".
