我国中西部地区贫困减缓与教育贡献的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究从教育经费投入和教育质量提升两个层面对我国中西部地区的教育与贫困减缓进行了实证分析。通过使用我国中西部地区22个省份2013—2016年的贫困教育投入、教育质量的统计数据,经过统计和计量分析,并结合对2017年以来我国教育发展、贫困减少情况的分析发现,随着教育投入的增加和教育质量的提高,省际的贫困减缓效果显著提升。本研究支持了教育的减贫作用,这对优化教育减贫的顶层设计,调整贫困地区教育经费使用结构,减缓我国中西部地区贫困情况具有一定的政策参考价值。 This study makes an empirical analysis of education and poverty alleviation in the central and western regions of China from the perspectives of educational investment and educational quality improvement.Through statistical and quantitative analysis of poverty education investment and education quality in 22 provinces of the central and western regions in China from 2013 to 2016,combined with the analysis of education development and poverty alleviation in China since 2017,it finds that the effect of inter-provincial poverty alleviation has been significantly improved with the increase of education investment and the improvement of the education quality.This study proves the role of education in poverty reduction,which has certain policy reference value for optimizing the top-level design of education poverty reduction,adjusting the structure of education funds in poor areas,and alleviating the poverty situation in central and western China.
