扎根理论视域下优秀乡村中小学校长核心素养研究

Research on the Key Accomplishment of Excellent Rural Primary and Secondary School Principals from the Perspective of Grounded Theory

乡村校长作为乡村教育发展的中坚力量,肩负着乡村振兴的重任,他们的核心素养是决定乡村教育发展的关键因素,必须予以高度重视。基于扎根理论视角对22位优秀乡村中小学校长事迹内容进行编码分析后发现,本体要素、实践要素、情感要素是这个优秀群体核心素养的主要构成要素。优秀乡村中小学校长核心素养的培养要发挥知识技能的核心作用,提升校长专业能力;挖掘乡土文化的教育价值,把乡土文化融入课堂教学;推动培训工作开展,增强校长管理能力;关注校长内生性需求,促进积极情感培育;强化校长乡土责任感,激发从教价值。为乡村中小学校长发展提供支持、给予保障,吸引更多的校长主动服务乡村教育,通过提高乡村学校的办学水平来彰显教育的生命力。

Rural principals,as the backbone of rural education development,shoulder the responsibility of rural revitalization.From the perspective of grounded theory,based on the analysis of 22 outstanding rural primary and secondary school principals'deeds,it is found that ontology,practice and emotion are the main components of this excellent group's core accomplishment.The cultivation of excellent core qualities of principals in rural primary and secondary schools should give play to the core role of knowledge and skills and improve the professional abilities of principals,to excavate the educational value of local culture and integrate it into classroom teaching,to promote the development of training and enhance the management ability of principals;to pay attention to the endogenous needs of the principals and promote the cultivation of positive emotions;to strengthen the principals'sense of local responsibility,stimulate the value of teaching.It is necessary to provide support and guarantee for the development of rural primary and secondary school principals,attract more principals to take the initiative to serve rural education,and highlight the vitality of education by improving the running level of rural schools.
