灵芝抗肿瘤活性及其机制研究进展

Review on Anti-tumor Activity and its Mechanisms of Ganoderma

灵芝具有抗肿瘤作用,近年来研究发现其抗肿瘤活性成分不仅包括灵芝多糖、灵芝三萜,其他成分如蛋白质、甾醇类均可能在抗肿瘤活性中发挥作用。这些成分的抗肿瘤作用机制涉及到对机体的免疫调节作用,影响肿瘤细胞凋亡、自噬、侵袭和转移、代谢,抑制肿瘤血管生成,逆转肿瘤细胞的耐药性和增强化疗药的敏感性,本文就近几年来灵芝抗肿瘤活性成分及灵芝抗肿瘤机制的研究进展作一综述。

Ganoderma has anti-tumor effect.Recent studies have found that its anti-tumor active components include not only polysaccharides and triterpenoids,but also other components such as proteins and sterols.The anti-tumor mechanisms of these components include regulation of immunological functioning,induction of apoptosis and autophagy in cancer cells,inhibition of invasion,metastasis,metabolism and angiogenesis of cancer cells,reverse of drug resistance of cancer cells and enhancement of the sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs.In this paper,the anti-tumor active components of Ganoderma and the mechanisms in recent years are reviewed.
