摘要
目的提高阿莫西林结晶收率与产品稳定性。方法将连续工艺应用于阿莫西林结晶过程。结果与原间歇工艺相比,连续工艺收率提高3.7%,产品平均D50由14.2μm增加到41.4μm。结论连续工艺在产品收率与稳定性上均比原间歇工艺好,能为企业产生较大经济效益。
OBJECTIVE To improve the crystallization yield and product stability of amoxicillin.METHODS A continuous process was applied to the amoxicillin crystallization process.RESULTS The continuous process yield increased by 3.7% compared to the original batch process,and the product average D50 increased from 14.2μm to 41.4μm.CONCLUSION The continuous process is better than the original batch process in product yield and stability,which can generate large economic benefits for the enterprise.
