摘要
目的优选党参多糖最佳提取工艺。方法通过单因素试验法和L9(34)正交试验法,采用苯酚-硫酸法测定吸光度值,以多糖提取率为评价指标,对提取工艺进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺是醇沉浓度为85%,加热回流提取3次,液固比200∶1,每次提取2h。结论筛选得到的提取工艺简便易行,稳定性好。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of codonopsis pilosula polysaccharides.METHODS By single factor test and L9(34) orthogonal test,the absorbance value was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method,and the extraction rate of polysaccharides was used as the evaluation index to optimize the extraction process.RESULTS The optimum extraction process was 85% alcohol precipitation concentration,3 times heated reflux extraction,the ratio of liquid to solid was 200∶1,2 h each time.CONCLUSION The optimized extraction process is very simple and stable.
