摘要
目的建立调经祛斑片中阿魏酸的测定方法。方法反相HPLC法,采用C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85)为流动相,检测波长为320nm,柱温:30℃。结果阿魏酸在0.01536~0.76800μg的范围内呈良好的线性(r=1);平均加样回收率为105.31%,RSD=2.67%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,能准确测定调经祛斑片中阿魏酸的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in TiaoJing QuBan Tablet.METHODS The C18 column was adopted in the reverse phase HPLC method,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(15∶85),the detection wavelength was set at 320 nm,and the column temperature was set to 30℃.RESULTS The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.01536-0.76800μg(r=1).The average recovery rate was 105.31%,RSD=2.67%(n=6).CONCLUSION This method is simple,accurate,well reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of TiaoJing QuBan Tablet.
