聚丙烯输液瓶密度标准提高研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究聚丙烯输液瓶成品密度与其原材料密度之间的关系以及聚丙烯输液瓶成品瓶口、瓶身和瓶底密度的差异。方法参照国家药包材标准聚丙烯输液瓶(YBB00022002-2015)以及密度测定法(YBB00132003-2015),采用浸渍法测定聚丙烯粒料,聚丙烯输液瓶瓶口、瓶身以及瓶底的密度。结果聚丙烯粒料密度值在0.895~0.899g/cm^3,平均值0.8972g/cm^3;聚丙烯输液瓶瓶身密度值在0.896~0.905g/cm^3,平均值0.9013g/cm^3;瓶口密度值在0.895~0.900g/cm^3,平均值0.8981g/cm^3,瓶身密度值在0.896~0.904g/cm^3,平均值0.9001g/cm^3,瓶底密度值在0.898~0.902g/cm^3,平均值0.9006g/cm^3。结论聚丙烯粒料密度小于国家药包材标准聚丙烯输液瓶密度项要求下限,制成聚丙烯输液瓶成品后密度值有所增大,但处于国家药包材标准聚丙烯输液瓶密度项要求中位值以下。另外,聚丙烯输液瓶瓶口、瓶身、瓶底密度值存在差异,且有瓶口密度值<瓶身密度值<瓶底密度值的变化趋势。 OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between the density of polypropylene infusion bottles and the density of raw material,and to find out the density difference of polypropylene infusion bottle′s mouth,body and bottom.METHODS Liquid immersion method is used to measure the density of polypropylene granules,polypropylene bottle mouth,bottle body and bottle bottom referencing to the National Standard of Polypropylene Infusion Bottles(YBB00022002-2015) and Determination of Density(YBB00132003-2015).RESULTS The density of polypropylene granules ranged from 0.895 g/cm^3 to 0.899 g/cm^3,with an average value of 0.8972 g/cm^3;the density of polypropylene infusion bottles ranged from 0.896 g/cm^3 to 0.905 g/cm^3,with an average value of 0.9013 g/cm^3;the density of bottle mouth ranged from 0.895 g/cm^3 to 0.900 g/cm^3,with an average value of 0.8981 g/cm^3,and the density of bottle body ranged from 0.896 g/cm^3 to 0.904 g/cm^3,with an average value of 0.9001 g/cm^3,the density of bottle bottom ranged from 0.898 g/cm^3 to 0.902 g/cm^3,with an average of 0.9006 g/cm^3.CONCLUSION The density of polypropylene granules is below the lower limit of the density requirement of the Polypropylene Infusion Bottles.The density increases when granules were made into infusion bottles,but it is below the median value of the density requirement range of the Polypropylene Infusion Bottles.Moreover,it′s found that the density values of polypropylene infusion bottle mouth,bottle body and bottle bottom are different,and the density values of bottle bottom is highest,follow by body and mouth.
