摘要
依据现代学徒制的内涵及药学服务人才培养方案,从课程目标定位、教学方案制订、课程项目开发、教学过程实施、课程考核评价等方面构建基于现代学徒制的《药学服务技术》课程体系。在教学过程中突出学校导师和企业导师的"双主体"地位,实施双导师教学,以工学交替的形式开展,培养学生药学服务实践技能,增强学生的岗位适应能力。
According to the connotation of modern apprenticeship system and pharmaceutical care personnel training program,the curriculum system of "pharmacy care technology" was established based on course orientation,teaching plan,curriculum project,teaching process implementation and course evaluation.In the teaching process,the "double-subject" status of school tutors and corporate tutors is highlighted,and the teaching of dual tutors is carried out in the form of work-study alternates,cultivating students′ practical skills in pharmacy services,and enhancing students′ ability to adapt to their positions.
