关于11β-类固醇脱氢酶的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 11β-羟基类固醇脱氢酶(11β-HSD)是糖皮质激素的代谢酶,该酶分为11β-HSD1与11β-HSD2两种亚型。11β-HSD1使无活性的可的松转化为有活性的氢化可的松,参与了肥胖、血脂代谢紊乱、高血压等代谢综合征的病理生理过程。另外,高水平的糖皮质激素暴露与神经系统功能紊乱及年龄相关性认知功能障碍有关。11β-HSD2通过使糖皮质激素失活起到保护盐皮质激素受体的作用。反之,11β-HSD2基因缺陷或突变会导致表观盐皮质激素增多症,表现为水钠潴留、高血压、低血钾。炎性应激下调节11β-HSD2表达,提高局部糖皮质激素浓度,有助于未来临床干预提供一个新靶点。
