摘要
目的:调查肿瘤科护士同事间心理暴力与工作满意度相关性。方法:采用一般资料调查表、工作场所心理暴力行为量表及工作满意度量表对343名肿瘤科护士进行调查。结果肿瘤科护士同事间心理暴力得分为(24.19±4.12)分,工作满意度(58.55±11.31)分;Pearson相关分析显示,同事间心理暴力与工作满意度呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论肿瘤科护士遭受的心理暴力水平越高,其工作满意度越低;护理管理者应制定针对性上报流程,形成切实有效的应对策略,创建和谐的工作环境,促进护理团队的稳定发展。
Objective:To explore the relationship between workplace psychologically violent among oncology nurses and job satisfaction.Methods:Totally 343 oncology nurses were investigated with general information questionnaire,workplace psychologically violent behaviors instrument and nurse satisfaction questionnaire.Results:The score of psychological violence among nurses was(24.19±4.12),and the average score of psychological violence among colleagues was(58.55±11.31).Pearson correlation analysis showed that psychological violence among colleagues was negatively correlated with job satisfaction(R=-0.536^-0.362,P<0.01).Conclusion:Nursing managers should formulate targeted reporting procedures,form effective coping strategies,create a harmonious working environment,and promote the stable development of nursing team.
