生物菌肥对人参叶片渗透调节物质的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 以二年生人参为对象,采用不同浓度的生物菌肥处理,探讨生物菌肥对人参叶片渗透调节物质的影响.结果表明,D1与D2组人参叶片SP和可溶性糖含量相对较高,并与其他组存在显著性差异(P<0.05),D3与CK无显著性差异.低浓度的生物菌肥对PRO影响不大;当生物菌肥增加到一定浓度,有利于PRO的积累.不同浓度的生物菌肥对人参叶片MDA均有降低作用.研究显示不同浓度的生物菌肥影响了人参叶片的渗透调节物质含量. The contents of osmoregulatory substances in Panax Ginseng leaves were determined by using different concentrations of microbial fertilizer on biennial Panax Ginseng,to study the effect of microbial fertilizer on the osmoregulatory.The results showed that the contents of SP and soluble sugar in Panax Ginseng leaves of D1 and D2 groups were relatively high,and there was a significant difference with other groups(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between D3 and CK.Low concentration of microbial fertilizer has little effect on PRO;When the microbial fertilizer increases to a certain concentration,it is conducive to the accumulation of PRO.Different concentrations of microbial fertilizer reduced MDA content in Panax Ginseng leaves.Studies have shown that different concentrations of microbial fertilizer affect the content of osmoregulatory substances in Panax Ginseng leaves.
