方管堆垛机优化设计

Optimum Design of Square Pipe Stacker

本文设计了一种方管堆垛机,该堆垛机包括上料装置、链式输送机装置、排管堆垛装置、齐头装置、链式输出机装置、自动整形装置。方管堆垛机通过排管堆垛装置作用,实现方管垛型一层排列完毕后,齐头装置将该层方管整理至端部齐平,推料气缸推该层方管至抱臂上,紧接着抱臂下降一层方管高度,为下一层推料做好准备。当设定层数码满至满垛时,抱臂下降至输出链水平位置的同时挡臂机构摆平,链式输出机启动,将该满垛型方管输出至自动整形装置。自动整形装置开始进行压紧整形。该设备降低了人工堆垛的劳动强度,减少了噪音污染,具有良好的使用效果和广泛的推广价值。

a kind of square pipe stacker is designed in this paper.The stacker includes feeding device,chain conveyor device,pipe stacking device,end trimming device,chain output device and automatic shaping device.The square tube stacker realizes the arrangement of the first layer of the square tube stacker through the action of the pipe arrangement stacker.After the end of the layer is leveled by the end straightening device,the pusher cylinder pushes the square tube of the layer to the holding arm,and then the holding arm descends to the height of the square tube of the first layer,so as to prepare for the pushing of the next layer.When the digital number of the setting layer is full to the full stack,the arm holding mechanism is leveled when the arm holding is lowered to the horizontal position of the output chain,and the chain output machine is started to output the full stack square tube to the automatic shaping device.The automatic shaping device starts to compact.The equipment reduces the labor intensity of manual stacking,reduces noise pollution,and has good use effect and extensive promotion value.
