Preparation of Ginseng Processing by-products Bath Liquid

目的:以蒸参水为原料制备一种护肤沐浴液,并进行成品质量检测.方法:以沐浴液起泡量和肤感测试为指标,采用正交试验法对其最佳处方进行优化,对蒸参水沐浴液成品进行外观、气味、pH、稳定性等指标的检测.结果:本蒸参水沐浴液的最优配方为:脂肪酸18%,氢氧化钾4%,表面活性剂40%,蒸参水30%,制备的蒸参水沐浴液符合标准,作用温和,泡沫丰富.结论:蒸参水沐浴液制备工艺完整,质量检测符合要求,符合沐浴液行业标准.

Objective:to prepare a body lotion from steamed ginseng water and test the quality of the product.Methods:the best prescription was optimized by orthogonal test,and the appearance,odor,pH and stability of the bath liquid were tested.Results:the optimum ratio was:fatty acid 18%,potassium hydroxide 4%,surfactant 40%,steamed ginseng water 30%.Conclusion:the preparation technology of steamed ginseng bath liquid is complete,the quality test meets the requirements,and conforms to the industry standard of bath liquid.
